Shipping Policy
Free ground shipping for all products except to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the continental USA.
- Orders ship the same or the next business day.
- Most orders ship via our choice of UPS or USPS. We seldom use FedEx or DHL.
- We'll email you the tracking number as soon as it's available.
- Free standard shipping to the lower 48 US states, Washington D. C., and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee.
- Where do you ship from?
- Massachusetts, USA.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Prior to COVID we would ship most of our products to many countries. However for the foreseeable future we're limiting our international shipments. Feel free to contact us with a question.
- Do you ship to PO Boxes?
- Yes. To US Postal Service boxes we ship using USPS. To UPS or other retail store mailbox locations we use our choice of USPS or UPS.
- Do you ship to military addresses?
- Yes, we ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail®.
- Can I order with the ship-to name or address different from the billing name / address?
- Yes. Just double check that the "billing" and "shipping" addresses are as you desire prior to submitting your online order.
