We ourselves do not personalize gifts. However your local embroidery or engraving shop may be able to perform the work. Feel free to contact us with a question prior to making your purchase.
Do you have a printed catalog?
Not at this time. Our catalog is the online store that you are visiting now.
Can I order with the shipping name / address different from the billing name / address?
Yes.
Can you ship without showing the purchase price?
Yes, but during checkout you must mark the order as a "gift". We'll include paperwork that shows the sender, but it will not show prices.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, as long as you contact us before we have shipped the order.
Can you gift wrap my order? Is gift wrapping free?
Prior to COVID we offered gift wrap. There was a small fee. However as a COVID response measure we have temporarily suspended gift wrapping service.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes. During checkout you'll have the opportunity to enter a message, which gets printed on the paperwork included in the shipment.
